Instructions
Bring your water to a boil then let it sit for a minute before pouring over your herbs. 1TBS Tisane per cup of water or to taste. To get the most out of this beautiful blend and make it as I do, once you steep your tea, let it infuse on the counter for about an hour then place in your fridge. I prefer to make this in a pitcher, stored in the fridge for up to a week so I have some on hand whenever I need it but it usually doesn't last more than a few days ;).
