I blend up this tea when I am feeling over worked in every way. Its perfect for after working out, for the morning after drinking and perfect for a big day out in the sun. Or if you haven't seen the sun during a long winter. All the reasons you may want to give yourself a heavy hit of nourishment. Upon taking a sip of this liquid, it instantly feels like a boost. I first found nettle when I was trying to ween off my allergy medicines and then found how much this tea made me feel amazing in so many ways. While many teas/tisanes support the body in specific ways... this tisane is like an umbrella blend addressing so many things leaving me feel instantly taken care of. It tastes super green. You'll see. 

-> Each bag contains 2 measuring cups of herb equal to 32 TBSP. Each serving is 1TBSP per 1 cup of steeped water.


Steep to 175F or bring your water to a boil then let it sit for a minute or two before pouring over your herbs. 1TBS Tisane per cup of water or to taste. To get the most out of this beautiful blend and make it as I do, once you steep your tea, let it infuse on the counter for about an hour then place in your fridge. Pour over ice with cucumbers or orange slices to garnish. I prefer to make this in a pitcher, stored in the fridge for up to a week so I have some on hand whenever I need it but it usually doesn't last more than a few days ;).
