-> Each bag contains 2 measuring cups of herb equal to 32 TBSP. Each serving is 1TBSP per 1 cup of steeped water.
Instructions
Bring your water to a boil then let it sit for a minute before pouring over your herbs. 1TBS Tisane per cup of water or to taste. To get the most out of this beautiful blend and make it as I do, once you steep your tea, let it steep for about 20 minutes. I prefer to make this in my iron tea pot to maintain the temperature. Served around food time before and after as a digestive.
